I'm Kaeli Dalton, a graphic designer and video editor from Florida.
I am a recent graduate of the College of Journalism and Communications at the University of Florida and have received both my B.S. and M.A.M.C. from there. I love video editing, graphic design and writing.
In my undergraduate career, I produced narrative and documentary short films, wrote scripts for four short films, worked on various live production projects and edited a variety of footage into shorter packages and films. I was an editor for a talk show for my college called Knight Talks and turned the hour-long episodes into five-minute segments for social media distribution, and served as an intern for Empirical Evidence, a literary management agency where I did script coverage, and assessed outlines and short stories for adaptation potential.
During my time as a graduate student, I was part of the first fall internship class for the American Association of People with Disabilities. I was placed with the nonprofit, Hand in Hand: The Domestic Employers Network, where I continued to work as a part-time employee. During my time there, I assisted in research, social media graphic creation, website updates and management, video captioning, and project management on a collaborative resource booklet project with the Center for Urban Pedagogy.
I was leadership in the Delta Alpha Pi Honor Society during the pursuit of both degrees, where I held the positions of President and Vice President of Operations.
I also currently freelance as an advertising manager for event advertisements for Atlantic Benefit Consultants.
I hold certifications in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, and Word Expert, and I have earned the certifications necessary to be considered a Microsoft Office Specialist Master. I also have certifications in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop.
